Finding Inspiration in Every Change
Are you struggling with joint pain, back pain, recurring muscle injuries or neuropathy?
You don't have to live with problems just because you're aging. Muscle and joint issues are common, but they are not normal. Stop the pain, stress, and frustration of recurring injuries. Get the help you deserve. Enjoy every part of life.
We help active people maintain the highest level of activity possible by healing their injuries faster using our state of the art Grade 4 Medical Light Laser.
Have you ever been told by your doctor that joint and muscle pain is just a normal part of aging? While it's true that our bodies age and become more at risk for injury, it is never normal for it to happen nor is it unavoidable.

Sadly, many people give up the activities they love because they have been told there's nothing they can do except accept that they are getting older and to consider taking up a gentler activity. To some this might not seem a costly belief but let us assure you, it is. Muscle and joint pain can cost you a lot. The extra stress and anxiety of never knowing when the pain will return. The loss of confidence in your body's ability to tolerate the things you enjoy or to endure time out with your friends and family can be really hard and lead to social isolation. The lack of control and freedom when you are more worried about your injury than enjoying social or family activities. The depression that can set in when you sit around and aren't active is a real thing.

Don't listen to anyone who says you need to settle for less. You don't have to live with the pain, stress, or frustration of your muscle and joint problems just because you want to stay active. You deserve to love your body and live your life to fullest no matter what stage you are in.

We started Kinetra Wellness just for people like you. The therapists at Kinetra Wellness have a cumulative 30 years of experience working with people who want to be and stay active. In traditional out-patient clinics, they often see individuals struggling with unexplained or unappreciated pain and dysfunction and visits with their therapists being doubled up or cut short. At Kinetra Wellness, we dedicate each hour to our patients to ensure that they have the time and opportunity to been seen and heard. Each program, meticulously developed for each patient's specific needs, is handled by our experienced staff of PTs with advanced training in multiple orthopedic areas including McKenzie, cold laser, dry needling, cupping, kinesiotaping, orthopedic manual therapy specializations and so much more. Led by Danielle Vernon, Austin's leading spine and scoliosis specialist, we are here to bring you the personalized, expert care you deserve. Let us treat you and you'll finally understand how to work your body the right way for you thereby allowing you the freedom and strength you've always wanted.
When you come to Kinetra Wellness, we believe in treating you as a unique individual. Our first step is always to listen to your full story, let you ask questions, and find out where you want to go, so that we can get to the root causes of your problem rather than merely treating the symptoms. Then we develop a holistic treatment plan that heals and strengthens your whole person, though gentle treatments, guided exercises, massage, meditation, focused breathing, and more. There's even an app that helps you stay on track each week.

Throughout it all, we focus on reaching your personal goals for more than pain relief, so you have the control, comfort, and confidence in your ability to take on anything.
