This group is intended to support and create a structured fitness program for new mothers to safely regain strength, improve physical health and connect with others in similar stage of life. These groups typically focus on gentle exercises that target core stability, pelvic floor recovery and overall body strength, with modifications for individual needs and recovery timelines. In addition to physical benefits, they provide a welcoming environment for emotional support, as participants can share experiences and challenges of motherhood. The goal is to promote healing, increase energy levels and help new moms build a healthy routine during the postpartum period.
